And yes the way Congress does its bills with all the riders and pork is shameful - but it goes back for A LONG TIME,
The Congressmen who voted on that bill know all about how those games work .. the ones who claimed to be fooled by the Gambling rider are playing politics.
The few who actually were fooled need to fire some of their Staffers. Whose job it is to catch all those things.
But honestly that bill was a must pass bill, Any congressman that mattered knew everything in that. |
