Medical chappie here -

Despite what we do for a living; when you have seen hundreds of people die, as have I -you get to realise that there is no justice, no sense of it all -its a random factor that cause death and some very nasty people.

There is no God - or none of this would happen in such an unpleasant way.

We live, we have consciousness for a while.
We die.
We rot.

We don't go anywhere, because theres no where to go.

Enjoy it while you can and observing silly superstitions are just wasting your time on Earth.

Its not nice and its not sugar coated.
Face it and get on with your life.
