Aside from the timer, it would be nice if land that is priced well below the average market value required seller consent for the final sale. The seller would get a type in your name (like in EQ where you have to type in the name of the character you mean to delete) consent box saying "So-and-so Avatar wants to buy your (sim and size) land for . Do you consent?"
This way legitimate sellers and buyers won't have their normal market transactions affected and mistakes can be caught pretty easily and fixed. |
This right here is a FANTASTIC idea.
You can't simply sell land at the drop of a hat in real life, so when L$ are worth USD there should be a way to add one extra layer.
