I think they have to use multiple bots now, because after about 4 or 5 quick refreshes, you get locked out for a little while (terrible solution, now they chew more resources). But yeah, when I was selling my mainland I intentionally priced a parcel just below market so a bot would snatch it, and it was so fast the k-ching made me jump.
