Instead of land purchase being completely automated, have it done like a biddding system. Your money would be held in escrow, and the seller would have 24 hours to confirm or reject your offer.
That wouldn't ac tually stop bots, but it would stop them from buying land for 1l. ANd who cares whether it's a bot or not if thy're forced to pay a fair price.
