According to the old laws, you're black and so is your daughter. Familiar with a "touch of the tar brush"?
Look... I've been the one whose been objecting to Obama being called "black" as opposed to bi-racial and seeing the black/white dichotomy as a failure of opportunity to move beyond those two categories in race discussions in the US.
But until that happens, there is a shit load of work needs doing.
