It has an awesome database. You can put any food in there and it give full nutritional information. Excellent tool if your on a diet. I lost 40 lbs a couple years ago using this site. If anyone does use it, be sure not to use their meal planner. When setting it up be sure to check off the area that says you will plan your own meals.
I used to just enter the food through out the day as I went along. I am not good at planning that stuff. It keeps track of Calories, every vitamin, fiber, this, that, it is awesome. It calculated exactly what you want to be at daily to reach your long term goal.
You can even look up stuff like Mc Donalds Quarter Pounder. It will be in their data base. I never found a food that was not listed. Every store brand food, dressings, condiments, drinks, and anything else you consume. It is truly amazing.
