| Well, I saw this yesterday, and aside from Heath's performance, and Two-face, I didn't like it much at all. I'd like to have seen the Two-Face story made into a seperate movie all its own, I think that part of the story deserved more attention. It seemed to me like they'd got the storyboard for 3 seperate movies and crammed them into 1 by taking out all the bits that would have made it all make sense. Too many gadgets (I kept hearing Jack Nicholson's Joker in my head, saying "where'd he get those wonderful toys?) And I just do not like Christian Bale as Batman, I don't think he's got enough acting talent to pull it off. Next to Heath, who had so much talent, made Bale look even worse.
But Heath's Joker was brilliant. And Cillian Murphy is such sweet eye-candy. |
