I'm going to be selling several waterfront parcels soon, sandy beach in quiet Class 5 sim, no adfarms or eyesores (no, this is not an advertisement).

Any ideas about a fair price to ask per metre for this type of land? I don't want to dump it, but I'd like it to sell within a reasonable period of time. Thanks
