agreed, i saw it - and at the end simply went 'meh'
unfortunatly it seems to be the patter of modern 'indie' type film making.... no discernable plot, middle aged actor plodding grumpy faced through the film, and a non-ending
its bollocks, film (whether blockbuster or low budget) should make you FEEL something, whether that be happy/sad/disgusted/horrified/ or just make you think - but over the last few years anyone can film 'real life' with no events, and call it 'art' - an 'event' makes the film, its something to hang the script onto, if i walk away from a film feeling nothing then they have failed
its the same as all art - even if you hate it - if it gets a reaction then its working, nothing is worse than blandness
its the emporers new clothes, and it makes me mad, that if you dont like one of these bullshit films that seemingly have no script or angle then you are a philistine, its making film for films sake
(sorry venting)
