Highlight transparent basically shows you any prim that's been set to transparent - these are used for all kinds of things, including griefer objects, or hidden private parts that should only appear when you're undressed.
What if you get caught? Well, either everybody knows you've been clicking on people's naughty bits, or just the owner, depending on the settings
