| Voice isn't commonly used-- I've only used in twice so far, personally--- though, at a few places, a lot of people are chatting in voice. I'm not sure if Torley's tutorials are subtitled or not (can't open them on this computer), but I'm sure any live helper at NCI or Ahern will walk you through stuff. There are some very nice people hanging around there.
