| I prefer regular groups, done either via regular enrollment or a bot. I dislike the way the Subscribe-O-Matic style services don't keep an archive of notices. And god forbid my IMs cap and I don't have them sent to my email.
Also, when Subscribe-O-Matic was starting out, they sent me a couple unsolicited ads for their service. That's not the kind of thing I want to encourage, and they've been on my shit list ever since. |
