| In addition to being one of the worst films in the history of cinema, "Darkness" has the worst ending I've ever seen.
I've never been in a theater where the entire audience collectively groaned at the ending and then, simultaneously everyone started on the "I want my money back" rant. The movie sucked giant hairy moose balls, but the camaraderie it provoked among a bunch of strangers in a movie theater was pretty cool. We all left the theater swearing, griping and laughing over the hour and a half of our life we'd never get back.
