Oh, I know. What I mean is there wasn't too long ago that people who are already set up to pay, etc couldn't pay tier, membership, etc. LL's billing was so borked even with them wanting to pay LL they couldn't.
They can't even bill properly and if as a company you screw up the process that pays your electricity you are beyond screwed up.
