For what it's worth, I decided to check out Bear just now to see all the loitering, and I have yet to see a single other person in 15 minutes. The place is EMPTY - not a loiterer in sight. Except for me. Since I'm just standing here doing nothing, I guess that means I'm loitering, heh.
It's funny actually - when I first TP'd into the sim, I walked past the Infohub twice without even noticing it. I was expecting a place with a cluster of green dots. There is a cluster of green dots in Bear, but it's not at the Infohub.
