Hello folks. I was bored today and SL seemed to be void of anyone I wished to speak to, so i googled "bear infohub drama". Oh what interesting, and not so interesting things I have found about my little home away from home!

I decided to sign up and throw in my 2 cents.

First off I would like to address the accusations that we are Griefers (in the first few pages of this thread). I absolutely deny this. I don't know anything about a newbie being taken out and shot but we are all far too lazy to bother with that nonsense.

As another poster here mentioned, we're to lazy to even type half the time, nevermind lure someone to be virtually shot. Our humour is really more along the lines of "haha, he said penis".

I haven't read every single page on every forum about this issue but I have read quite a bit, and the reoccurring theme I am seeing is people saying they visited the infohub and were treated kindly. I am very proud to be a Bear Infohubber because we really are welcoming to everyone who isn't an asshat (and even then, sometimes

)

We are silly and crazy and oh god the drama! Perhaps not everyones cup of tea but we are not griefers. Ahern is where the grifers hang out.

I'm not an official newbie helper by any means, I don't think any of us are but we get a kick out of it. We all have tons of great little packages we have put together to hand out to newbs. I'd like to think we genuinely create a more pleasant experience for newbs than Lias Leandros could ever hope to achieve in her wildest dreams.

As I pointed out on page 40 of the official SL thread, Lias is loving this drama! If she weren't she'd have moved long ago. Heck I find the drama pretty funny most days myself, afterall I wouldn't spend time on SL if I didn't enjoy drama.

I am loving that paid advertisement that was put up. very funny.

In the same vein, here is another (not yet publicized to my knowledge) stunt that Lias pulled.

a yellow bus, with a photo of downs syndrome children sharing a milkshake, and spraypainted on the side of the bus "Bear Infohub Loiterers bus for special people"

I have to admit I LOL'd when I saw the bus, but when I realized it was aimed directly at a bear infohubber with a speech impediment (who has never taken sides in this war)well..

If there is still any doubt as to who is really griefing who, I'm not sure what else I can say.
