| I wonder if they just told him to knock the magic tricks the hell off and do his job and he didn't. It's ok, in my opinion to fire someone who isn't getting the job done and has been warned, if you then catch them doing magic tricks instead of their job. You aren't firing them for "wizardry", you're firing them for f-ing around when they should be working.
The school board could have done a much better job than this. It sounds like there were some totally legit reasons to fire the guy. They could have just said, "Wizardry had nothing to do with it. Here's the list of things he did to get fired...... Doing magic tricks when he should have been teaching was the last straw." |
