| I didn't join the Forum Cartel group, but I sometimes go to the eponymous hangout. The atmosphere is uncommonly friendly and easy going. Otherwise, my friend pool has come from people who were doing what I like to do at the places I like to do them.
In any case, a way to increase the chances of meeting up with current or future friends is to stay put and let them find you. I just sort my inventory, listen to the stream, etc, and usually someone will show up. |
