It's way way too early to tell if any theft has occurred, even with the overwhelming indications that indeed Minnu used Danae's texture.
This is not a simple case of rip and reupload. Danae's texture is for sale as a Poser texture. The license is poorly worded and outdated. As far as I can ascertain, Minnu used the texture.
Using != stealing in this case, not yet, anyway. So most of us who are disagreeing with Ingrid are not in fact claiming that Minnu stole when we state that it looks pretty obvious that the
SL texture of Minnu appeared derived from the V3 texture of Danae's. Most of us remain unsure on this issue.
However, it's not looking good, simply due to how Minnu's camp has handled the situation. What I take issue with in your argument and in Ingrids, is that just because Tenshi does bad things, I should disregard the sterling reputation of Danae's on Renderosity, and I should disregard the mob circus of Minnu's staff and supporters attacks on Danae.
And I have every right to have that opinion, and Tenshi has not a damn thing to do with how I arrived at it. All she did is post the article, she didn't make all those people write lunatic posts and hit the send in response.
