It also helps that a bunch of people ARed her for it on the same day. If everyone ARed all the other camp farms in residential sims on the grid in an organized manner, many of them would probably be shut down as well.
According to her threads (and I believe she even has a web site and
SL group on the topic), she claims that Bear is usually full to capacity so that she and her neighbors can't get onto her land. The camping thing was her way of giving the infohub crowd a taste of their own medicine. We all know how that kind of escalation turns out, though...
