Ideally Infohubs should be in their own dedicated sims -- the problem is though you run into business owners who WANT to be next to these. If I could get a piece of land adjacent to Bear or Calleta I'd do so in a minute, even without products to sell right away, because they're such hopping places.
I admire the landowner's tenacity (I forget her name) but
SL has taught me many times that your rights end at your parcel boundry and you need to learn to move on.
