Not ALL free accounts, just those without payment information on file. Restricting the access of those would do far less to cripple
SL's economy than preventing vendors and customers from being able to contact each other.
And, yes, it's four hours, but it's four
peak hours...logically speaking, more business gets done when more people are online.
