This is my feeling as well EXCEPT that I personally don't think they should come after "
SL". I could see people being able to anticipate the words "Second Life" becoming a potential problem down the road if you use it for your own business but i think that "
SL" is far enough away from the original name that it should be considered fair game.
It really doesn't matter what i think though.
