I also love the "it's nothing personal" bullshit. Of course it's not personal to them - they don't care that there are people affected by what they are doing. They repeatedly show that they don't give a fuck about those who have supported them, helped their business grow, and stuck with them. It's a slap in the face, and very personal indeed. If Catherine weren't simply an overrated mouthpiece, I would tell her what she could do with her response, but it's not even worth the effort.
