Well one way is to not just throw up your hands and give into it and change the name. It is worth protesting and putting up a fight for. I would actually happily dump the SL name altogether as it is meaningless to me anymore. However, I am going to do it on my terms, not theirs. This site has been in compliance with their rules since its beginning in 2003, in fact I cleared the name before registering it.

Philip, Robin and others have participated in it. Torley Linden has thousands of pictures on Snapzilla. To claim now that the name is in violation is not only insulting an preposterous, but I doubt it can even stand up to legal scrutiny. It is like they came up with the two noun rule just to purposely punish existing sites. If the want to come after sites supporting them, let them do it - I certainly won't be quiet about it when they do.
