I began thinking a couple of years ago that some of these "new" Lindens that consistently rotate into customer relations posts are just alt accounts designed to facilitate "give me time, I'm new" syndrome. It follows knowing a good number of people that've hidden behind forum posting alts over the years. Is it considered a personal attack to call them yellow-bellied cowards?
