Where's Sooz? We need some words of legal wisdom.
Personally, I think they're too late. They haven't actively protected their trademark for years, which puts them in a seriously iffy position. And as has already been commented, they can't trademark '
SL' or 'LL'.
As for negative publicity --- since when has
that ever stopped them?
