There is one other thing, I want to mention. Gor as a whole was never authorized to exist in world. Now if I am wrong, then the statement is moot. However, if I am right, think about what happens when a new group discovers this.
I for one am hopeful that he choses someone he knows that can do the nuts and bolts while he continues with the current way SL exists.
Yes, Bugs need to be fixed. Yes, stability needs to increased.
But I believe that since the exit of Cory this have been happening and that he was the bottleneck. (why do I say that? Because in the WSJ article on Wagner Au's new book on SL it said that Cory viewed SL as a game platform while Phillip viewed it like a Holodeck)
However, I still say and so do most others that biggest problem was the opening of the gates. Things must change. Like because ways to handle content. Better protection against theft. A better permissions system. More robust scripting. Newer avatars. But above all that better customer service.
So here is to the hope a new tommorow where it is 'Bugs first, Shiny second, and the satified customers'!
