And what would be put into the contract is a provision you must would with the existing employees or be in material breach.
The Tao is cute and all but won't work with the big corps. However, there is nothing wrong with the people.
Think about this Khamon: what happens if it does sell. But it sells to a devout Christian organization? Or the scientologists? or some other group like EA?
Status Quo requires the the bulk of the people to remain.
