That all makes sense...on many different levels.
Phil doesn't want to be that person anymore, both personally, and for the benefit of
SL. Putting a more business-oriented CEO in place will tighten up
SL, and at the same time allow Phil to be more free with creative ideas and expansion.
As long as the new CEO doesn't take any of the goodness away from
SL, tightening the bolts, and rationalizing the best growth for
SL is a definite bonus.
