Scientology second restraining order fails.

Scientology loses Second attempt at a restraining order against Anonymous. I liked this quote:

But here is what I think will be a taste of things to come:

So in order to covince the public that Anonymous really *IS* a scary dangerous threat ... Scientology is wasting taxpayer dollars and law enforcement's time by detonating bibles and t-shirts.

I really hate to say this but I think it's just a matter of time before the CoS plants a real bomb somewhere in the name of anon.

Anon: Absolutely. They've used the courts to stop free speech before, they're doing it again. Public protest draws attention to the Church's human rights abuses, so they'll do anything to stop them.
