I quite pleased with this phone. I was basically in the market to get the most computer-like handset Sprint had available. I use it for internet and applications WAY more than I do actual calling, so I have unlimited data transfer, but use less than 200 minutes per month.

Didn't I recommend looking at HTC when you were thinking of buying a QWERTY phone a few months ago?
The slide out keyboard is excellent because it allows for bigger keys than Blackberry-like devices, while allowing for a really small handset because it slides shut.
I was thinking of the S710 or S730, but they're all pretty nice, and that looks like a more advanced version of both.
Anyway, don't worry too much if it's crashing or freezing now and then. I know from reports of previous HTC models that they tend to get more stable when new firmwares are rolled out. It's possible HTC release new models a bit too soon really.
