which will make him popular with those that want to attempt legal protection racket thuggery, but pretty much kills his reputation for any serious work...
I think he may be underestimating the follow on effect of being shown up in his bullying... nothing kills a bullies rep faster than getting a smack down, and everyone becomes twice as likely to stand up to them.... if his next bit doesn't result in a slam dunk win, he may have sunk his career even as a legal cudgel.
