| LL needs to put price controls in place to prevent advertising of land for below cost. No one paying normal tier rates can possibly compete. And I'd never rent land at a loss, that's a STUPID business practice when you can sell unwanted sims to other residents.
I have some grandfathered full sims. I charge the same on them as any other sim. Were it not for that extra income I'd be out of business; the land market is a disaster right now. We need stability and allowing people to shuffle sims on and offline constantly, especially at grandfathered rates, is terrible for everyone other than those companies. |
