I can definitely say my antidepressant is... glimipiride. (That's a diabetic treatment.)
Having your blood sugar go high or low has strong mental effects. It doesn't have to be full blown diabetes to do that either.
and yeah, the blame. If you were just thinner/more active/more strict about how you eat, blah blah blah. My diabetes is the aftermath of PCOS. Sometimes even with proof like that people will hunt for ways to blame you.
