I've got a feeling it's a routing issue with your ISP. I was a bit suspicious that some software on your computer was blocking access to that IP address because the tracert doesn't even resolve the second hop... but if you're ruled that out....
Rebooting the router if it's been switched on for days couldn't hurt.
Edit: Oh look. A whole page of more helpful replies. That'll teach me not to refresh the thread page when I return to the computer after lunch.
