If you have prim hair you will definitely be the first, because you'll have to build it yourself, from scratch. Right now system hair rules LOL! Same for primmy shoes, everybody goes barefoot or wears system shoes!
Also, I have confirmed that all of Eloh Eloit's open-source skins will be part of the starter inventory when it is first made available to residents. Even Ruth wears an Eloh skin :-)
