Depends what you mean by scanning.
I don't doubt that I'm frequently 'scanned' by security orbs or visitor counters but as to how often I am scanned and my UUID, time and place of visit is recorded... who knows.
Now if we had a 'been_scanned' event in LSL we might have a better idea.
