I'd like to think maybe the Lindens got rid of it for Venkman's spy stuff in Antiquity, but more likely is they've hidden it for some reason--maybe to keep it in reserve in case they get too much heat in JLU. I wouldn't put it past them to be funneling people into it instead of JLU till the heat is off or they're forced to disband or whatever the result (the latter being preferred). But thought I'd pass that information on to you.
