I'm terrified of doctors and surgery and I don't think I can even handle getting one removed. I've put off getting a cavity filled for almost a year because it gives me anxiety attacks scheduling the appointment.

As someone who has spent about 10 8-hour days of the last 2 years in a dentist chair getting most of his teeth extracted/cappted/filled I implore you to get your teeth fixed sooner rather than later. Remember: no one wants to make out with a guy with dentures.
