If I claimed I was an alcoholic, could I get a beer break?
Anyways, kids are different and I think that if an employer discriminates against someone with kids, while I understand why, I don't think it should be allowed.
I posted, a while back, a list of things it is illegal to ask in an interview in Britain - family was one of those things.
