It will be however if he has to leave early to go pick up one of his kids, or attend a soccer game, or play, or whatever. Or when he has to call in sick because his kids are sick and home from school. Not entirely fair to ask the people without children to pick up the slack. We don't have an excuse to cut out of work early.
