I realize I'm the odd man out, still being drunk on the Kool-aid & all, but....
If Second Life is
that bad, and you look at it as 'part of your life you'll never get back'.... why, why, why, do you continue to stay? For those that left a long time ago - why, why, why do you continue to care?
I'm down with the fact that Linden makes stupid decisions, and Second Life is often unstable. But this has been the status quo for
years. Its not like we just rolled over this morning & realized how
SL is teh suck. Its hard for anyone to be here for a year plus, and renew their premium account
not realizing exactly what they're getting themselves into.
I enjoy
SL, warts and all. Absolutely, Linden could be doing a better job, and there are an infinite amount of things I could criticize. When another competitor comes along and shows how they can do it better, I'll vote with my time & money - and move to the new platform. For right now though - no competitor has proven they can do it better than LL.
Are my pom-pons enough, or do I need to go put a skirt on?
