That'd take up alot more space and especially plumbing (and/or water or containers). At things like festivals you often don't have enough for either, and I'd rather have this than not enough toilets.

Besides....no, uh, horrible solid stains and smell on this. Normal public toilets at festivals tend to be DO NOT WANT because of misplaced fecal matter.
