That is exactly so. I realize that people might use "tools" like this to prevent themselves from being stalked, but I don't believe that protecting oneself should infringe on other people's rights in the process -- Isn't it that their stalker violates their rights, and that's why they need protecting? What makes it right for them to, in turn, violate someone else's rights in the name of "security"?
