Last call to go check out Fantasy Faire, or to take another trip just to look at the sims as it closes very shorty. Last time I checked the total amount donated it was just above 8 million Lindens..that is huge, like, seriously huge. I do believe it’s close to the highest amount any charity in SL has raised to date and that makes me so proud of you guys. From the creators who donated their own time to come up with these awesome creations, to the bloggers to has done such a good job of informing about it, showing off all the things, to every single one who came by and shopped.

Worth noting here, I am not an official blogger for Fantasy Faire, so this is just my personal feelings about it, I’m simply blogging items I have bought/been given to me as review copies. I wish I could have covered the event way more then I did, but RL got in the way..still I hope the few pictures I did, did do the creations and event justice.

A little while ago my alt got herself some mesh breasts, and when I saw the Belted Chevron dress from DCNY, I splurged and bought myself a pair. So here we go, my first post using mesh breasts! They take some adjusting, but I’ll be using them more as the weather gets warmer and I want to show some more skin. This dress comes in a variety of colors, with 2 belt options (black or brown), and then a belt-less version like I am wearing. I got some new items from E! Eclectic Apparel and Accessories today, and one of them was a cute new tank top with an Easter bunny. Since it’s just a couple days away I put together a casual version of an Easter outfit using it as the base. It’s the current VIP group gift, if you’re not a member of the store’s group, there is a group join board next to the gift. There is a L$ 400 join fee, but you get a gift every month so it’s totally worth it. I decided to also wear their new Kallie Pants in Navy, which has a subtle leather texture. The pants come in 10 colors so there’s plenty to chose from.

I added the Video Games hair by Truth to top it off, since it comes with a flower headband that reminds me of the headbands that little girls tend to wear with their Easter dresses. For L$ 100 you can take your chance at The Arcade and get a random color from the gacha machine. The headband is separate from the hair so you can wear it with other hair.

There are 5 tones available separately or as a fat pack, they are: Milky White, Natural Beige (shown above)…

You are able to chose several types of eye make-up, lip tint, eyelashes, and blush by using a fairly simple HUD. In addition, you are able to wear your own eyes or mesh eyes that are included and worn separately, there is a HUD to control eye color and one for tears. The ears are another attachment so that you can remove them if your hairstyle covers the ears. There is a link to a manual on the Snow Rabbit Support blog, so you can thoroughly learn what each button does. You also can set if you blink, mouth opens, or does nothing. I think it’s a really fun way to have a make-over, while still remaining true to my sense of style because the face of Nea is just so darn CUTE! I tried to show a bit of what you can do with the head in the pictures. Each skin-tone has 2 versions – one has a more push-up cleavage, I wore both in the pictures so that you could see the difference…oh, and there is a shape included too, but it worked nicely with my normal shape (Read more...)
