Lately I was talking to Natzuka Milandrovic, a very close friend of mine and we came across the new ‘trend’ of combining fetish elements to high fashion, couture and avantgarde. If I remember back, when I started modeling in SL it was not even to think about and nowadays more and more designer and agencies try to do that. After a while she told me about a casting, that as well requested stylings with fetish parts and she showed me the outfit she made by herself for this casting. I totally fell in love with and after I told her that she was so kind and gave it to me with some poses that are made for this cool outfit.

As I saw the name of the outfit and the poses I had to grin and immediately I had the song “Paranoid” from Back Sabbath (linked above) stuck in my mind. So as I was styling the outfit, I listened to it most of the time and maybe that’s why the styling became a bit… crazy.

The outfit is named “Paranoid” and so is the pose set as well Nat founded a brand for all her different creations called Flighty Pixels. For this brand she did not set herself any boarders so I definately will keep my eyes on what she will create

PosESioN made a wonderful couple pose for the “Pimp my Valentine Hunt“. “Mon Amour” is a very emotional and sensitive pose and I felt very honored and super happy, that Dahriel asked me to pose with him for this amazing creation. I was working on some new blog pictures as my sweet brother jumped into my IMs and asked me to help him to adjust a new pose and as soon as I saw it, I really loved it. He has such a talent to catch emotions and atmospheres with his couple and group poses… simply amazing. Then a few minutes later he asked me if I would pose with him for the vendor picture and with this … he made a dream come true for me. I asked him if he would have something in mind for a styling he wanted to have and the only thing he said was … “maybe red.. it is for a valentine hunt”… I decided to go for an outfits with less prims as huge large prims would just overdo this amazing post. I remembered that LeeZu had a great collection released sometime ago and with a combination of a few of them it made the perfect look to match the elegant and couture outfit that Dahriel was wearing

For the actual Maniera Magazine December 2012 (http://manierasl.mymaniera.com/) I had the great honor to be featured in a wonderful fashion spread of Lovely Miwako. She made a special corset themed article about how different corsets can look.

We all got sent different corsets from Etchaflesh and Voluptia and Lovely asked us to style them in a vintage non typical lingerie manner. As well she wanted us all to choose one tattoo that we wear through the whole spread.

For the first picture Lovely placed me on the floor besides SterlingZen. The corset I was wearing for this picture came from Voluptia and everyone that knows me… I am a corset addicted even in RL, so to style the corset in a non lingerie way for me was like if you tell me I just won in a lottery *grins*

I love a lot the different vontage stylings from the 50′s to the 80′s ( it still scares me that 80′s are called vintage now too^^) and so I was going for my favourite urban look as well with the heavy boots and the tattoos and some fishnet stockings and torned stockings. The huge glasses and the pinup hair added the perfect finish for the look in my view.

On this picture, I had the great pleaure to be with Katherine Comet a wonderful and classy Lady that shines at my side with a wonderful corset styling that reminded me a lot on the old racing pinups I saw so many times on that collectable retro/vintage, metal signs from coke or even others… not sure how they are called in english, mo (Read more...)

The days getting shorter and colder and I really love the mood of these days. Foggy meadows, faded colors for trees and plants and the mystic moments during sunrise and sunset… very inspiring for some no usual looks. For todays post I combined one of the latest releases from NV Corsetry with some of the wonderful makeups of my dear friend Lovely.

The “Gold Dragon Lady” was made for the Dominatrix hunt and contains the incredible golden corset and the amazing black latex catsuit. The corset itself, is mesh and so it perfectly lies on your body and moves with every twist and turn your avatar does

I know the Dia De Muertos and Halloween are already over, but nevertheless I would like to show you 2 different makeup styles from Lovely Miwako, owner and designer of LovelyMi. She made 2 wonderful makeups for that special events and again shows off her love and creativity for makeup art. The one above was made for 2011 but still is one of my favourites if it comes to the Dia De Muertos, and it as well it is named exactly like that

2012 she again came up with a lovely design for the Dia De Muertos called “Catrina 2012″. The “Catrina” makeup comes in different colors and as well there are some specials for this new face paint. One of them you can see below as well, it is kinda a variation

i’ve recently been added to the awesome blogger list for .evolve. and oh my the first item i’ve been given to blog is a naughty one! i’ve employed the help of my dear blaine to model this lovely couple pose called “get a grip” for you all. this sexy set comes with the pose boxes for your models, as well as the individual poses which can come in handy, it also includes a curtain prop which unfortunately got cropped out of this blog photo and a blindfold to make things a little extra steamy.

these lani boots are absolutely gorgeous and they make me want to just… find ways to run around in my underwear so i can wear them all the time! these thigh high boots come in several colours, including metallic and even pinstripes! they are mesh so they hug your legs though every pose.

This is another designer that was recommended by Disaster Krogstad, and oh goodness oh my is it blogworthy! Many of the outfits I found in the BDSM collection by LeeZu were daring and delicious, but the one that immediately drew my eye and held it was Sablier. Google tells me that “Sablier” is French for “hourglass” – and it certainly does sculpt the female figure into that classic silhouette! What’s “Just Right”: The shape of the corset has beautiful, classic lines. It has gorgeous highlighting to draw attention to a full bustline. The use of textured fabrics on the sides is a lovely, elegant touch. I like the angled lacing in the front back. Naeve’s response when I sent her the pictures for this shoot was, “OMG! You look sooooooooooooooo hot!” What Could Use Improvement: Without a doubt, the weak point of Sablier is the garter straps. Compared to the strong texture work of the corset, they draw the eye due to their lack of clarity and detail. The concept behind the stockings is very fun, and she’s provided some shadow detailing to give depth, but they don’t hold their own in the outfit. It may not be the case on other avatars, but when I put on this outfit, there’s a distinct line at the waist, even though I wore the Jacket layer and not a pants/shirt combo. LAQ recently released the Claudia2 skin, and I’m really surprised: I lovelovelove my LAQ Mima skin, but I’m setting her aside for the time being because the lovely Claudia2 looks amazing!

The Claudia2 skin is an update of the Claudia skin that was released (I think) a year and a half ago. (I’m not sure, I’d have to check the Properties on my first Claudia skins to check the Acquired date, but I’m too tired to log in right now.) I didn’t do much editing to my shape, other than make my mouth/lips slightly smaller and push the eye crease slider up a bit:

There are ten makeups included, and a few of the skins also sport a sprinkling of freckles along the nose and upper cheeks. Claudia2 is also available in a variety of skintones to suit your preference (my image above features all makeups in the Milky tone):

I’ve been wanting to do a post on my new-to-me outfit from Bare Rose; it’s a fantastic kimono called Unleashed. It’s seriously hot; I felt it was appropriate to pair this up with the exotic Claudia. <3 The sculpts are beautifully textured and they seem to be full of movement; if I weren’t so busy this week I would have created special poses just for this, I love it so much.

When you put the pieces of the kimono on, you can see right away how the name is fitting.
