Kawaii Fair, the newest in a line of fair style events dedicated to a specific style or genre. Kawaii when simply put is ADORABLE! The bright colours and cutesy cartoons and designs, this style is well known for, stem from a Japanese term meaning “cuteness”. I am in love with this style, and when I saw that a Kawaii Fair was heading into SL I couldn’t have been more excited, and this fair did not disappoint!! A collection of designers have come together, in a space filled with rainbows, sparkles and cute little animals to bring you a selection of items in the Kawaii style. Prices do vary, as do the number of exclusives per store, but everything is so cute!! I know I will be adding a lot of it to my huge wardrobe!
Some useful information then… The first picture in the gallery is the location map, I have tried to match up my photo numbering in the gallery with the numbers on the map. Photos marked -1-, for example, and are written in pink on the map, are the larger stores around the landing point, then the photos labelled 01, as an example, are the stores around the edge numbered in black on the map. Picture 00 is of the Kawaii Bazaar, this is an area where some of the designers have placed discounted items between 0L – 10L! Don’t miss this area. There are also a number of stores with Freebies or Dollarbies, those will be listed in the notes attached to the pictures! The event runs from today, until APRIL 28th!
