Meet Audry, all grown up (and in a new skin color)!

One observation I had while perusing the marketplace for items was that the horribly slutty, ass and boob-baring clothing way outnumbered the amount of half decent clothing in the 0 – 10L range.  This is likely why we have so many newbies going around dressed like they just came out of a reject porn film.

I broke my rules slightly here and got a sale-priced hair at an event.  I wasn’t planning on doing this but the options for good, cheap hair, especially on the Marketplace, are so subpar that I didn’t want to ruin the whole outfit with one ugly hair.  Collabor88 is an ongoing event often with some of the same designers from month to month so it wasn’t too huge of a cheat, especially since Clawtooth is there nearly every month.

Heartsick is my absolute favorite place for skins these days.  They’re always fairly cheap, but I was thrilled to find out that their group, which often gives out freebies of new skins, was free to join!  The skin I’m wearing was just released as a group gift today and is gorgeous in every tone, but especially in this dark, rich color.

These shoes from Affordable Living were a big surprise for me.  I was expecting them to have one of those old fashioned skin tone HUDs which tortures the users with RGB values.  Instead the HUD was surprisingly modern and had nearly the exact skin tone I needed already pre programmed into it.  I just adjusted it slightly with (Read more...)
